RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At TeeLova, every item is thoughtfully designed and custom-printed just for you. We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and deeply loved in our apparel. Because our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and minimize environmental waste, our return and refund process operates a bit differently than traditional retail stores.
Please read our policy carefully so we can best serve you.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our "Make It Right" Guarantee) We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item/design, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
You do not need to ship the defective item back to us. To claim a refund or replacement, simply follow these steps within 30 days of delivery:

Email us at teelovashop@outlook.com with the subject line: ORDER ISSUE - [Your Order Number].

Include a clear photograph showing the defect, damage, or incorrect print.

Include a photo of the original shipping label/receipt.
Once our team reviews the photos, we will process your replacement or refund within 2-3 business days. Requests made after 30 days of the delivery date cannot be honored.
2. Exchanges & Returns for Wrong Size/Color Because every TeeLova item is uniquely custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not hold inventory. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
To ensure you get the perfect fit, we highly encourage you to review our detailed Size Guide available on every product page before placing your order.
3. Order Modifications & Cancellations We move quickly to get your beautiful apparel into production! You may cancel or modify your order (such as changing a size or updating the shipping address) within 6 hours of placing it.

To cancel or change an order, email teelovashop@outlook.com immediately with the subject line: CANCELLATION - [Your Order Number].

After 6 hours, your order will have entered the production phase at our printing facility and can no longer be modified or canceled.
4. Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. TeeLova cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking has not updated for over 15 days, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
5. Refund Processing Time If a refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company 5-10 business days to officially post the refund to your account.
