When will I receive my order?
Because we prioritize quality and sustainability, your apparel is printed specifically for you when you order. Therefore, your delivery timeline includes two parts:
Processing Time: It typically takes 1-7 business days to print, quality-check, and lovingly pack your order.

Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our facility, the delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option you select at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the number of items you purchase. To get an exact calculation, simply add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The final shipping cost will automatically calculate and display before you complete your payment.

Where do you deliver?
We are thrilled to offer worldwide shipping! We want to share the TeeLova message globally.
Additionally, yes, we proudly deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?
Currently, we cannot split a single order to ship to multiple addresses. If you are buying gifts for loved ones in different locations, please place a separate order for each beautiful destination.
Will I be charged Customs or VAT taxes?
For international orders, items are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes) or customs fees at checkout. All local taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Depending on your receiving country, your package may incur these local charges upon arrival. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's specific policies before placing an order.

All packaging for damage
- According to the delivery note, please make sure you receive the correct item
- If there is any breakage or damage, please contact us promptly
- Please do not discard the package until you are sure it is free of any problems.
DELIVERY AND TRACKING OF GOODS
- You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our local warehouse.
- For FedEx/UPS/DHL deliveries, you will receive tracking information in an email.
OUT-OF-DELIVERY TIME
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at teelovashop@outlook.com and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, a $7.99 re-delivery fee will be charged.
